Chris Campoli broke up a scoreless game with 1:14 remaining, and Ottawa snapped a five-game losing streak.

Mike Brodeur, a distant relative of New Jersey goalie Martin Brodeur, made 32 saves in his second NHL appearance to earn his second career victory. The shutout came two days after Martin Brodeur beat the Rangers 1-0 in a shootout at Madison Square Garden. Henrik Lundqvist also stopped 32 shots but was the hard-luck loser for the second straight game. Chris Kelly added an empty-net goal for Ottawa.

Flyers 0 at Maple Leafs 4

Vesa Toskala made 38 saves for his first shutout since October 2008, Tyler Bozak scored his first NHL goal to help the Maple Leafs snap a four-game losing streak. Nikolai Kulemin, Luke Schenn and Lee Stempniak also scored for Toronto. The Flyers lost for just the third time in 11 games.

Stars 3 at Canadiens 5

Brian Gionta scored twice for the Canadiens in his 500th career game, and Georges Laraque got his first goal in more than 21 months.

Carey Price stopped 33 shots, and Benoit Pouliot and Mike Cammalleri also scored for the Canadiens, who dealt Dallas its ninth straight road loss. Mike Modano scored his 550th goal, and Toby Petersen and Steve Ott also scored for Dallas.

Blue Jackets 0 at Blackhawks 3

Cristobal Huet made 24 saves for his fourth shutout of the season and 24th overall to help the Blackhawks end a two-game losing streak.

Brian Campbell, Dustin Byfuglien and Duncan Keith scored for Chicago in its final home game before an eight-game trip.

Wild 0 at Blues 1

Chris Mason stopped 19 shots for his 19th career shutout, and T.J Oshie scored 26 seconds into the third period for the Blues.

Ducks 0 at Kings 4

Jonathan Quick made 22 saves for his fifth career shutout, captain Dustin Brown scored his 100th goal, and the Angeles ended the Anaheim’s five-game winning streak.

Michal Handzus, Scott Parse and Wayne Simmonds also scored for the Kings, who ended a three-game skid.

Sabres 2 at Thrashers 1 (OT)

Derek Roy scored a power-play goal in overtime to give Buffalo its seventh victory in eight games. Ryan Miller made 32 saves, and Patrick Kaleta added a goal for the Sabres. Ilya Kovalchuk scored his 27th goal for Atlanta.

Hurricanes 1 at Red Wings 3

Drew Miller had a goal and an assist, and Jimmy Howard made 37 saves to help the Red Wings beat Carolina.

Panthers 3 at Lightning 2

Cory Stillman and Rostislav Olesz scored third-period goals in Florida’s comeback victory.

Devils 3 at Coyotes 4

Daniel Winnik scored with 8:08 remaining, and Zbynek Michalek added a power-play goal 1:16 later for Phoenix.

Matthew Lombardi and Peter Mueller also scored to help the Coyotes snap a four-game home losing streak. Brian Rolston scored twice and Travis Zajac also scored for New Jersey. The Devils lost for only the sixth time in 24 games since Nov. 21.

Bruins 2 at Sharks 1 (SO)

Zdeno Chara scored the only goal in a shootout to give Boston a win over the Sharks. Daniel Paille scored in regulation, and Tim Thomas stopped 41 shots to help the Bruins end a three-game losing streak.
