Sylvan Lake’s Logan Graf is having himself a summer to remember on the golf course.

The 18-year-old, who sits in third place after the first two rounds at the 2022 Canada Summer Games, had a historic round two on Thursday at the Legends on the Niagara Golf Course shooting a 65. Graf shot a seven under par which is a new single-round low score in Canada Games history.

After shooting a 75 in round one this helped propel him up the leaderboard with round three on Friday and the final round on Saturday.

Earlier this summer Graf, who is a member of the Red Deer Golf and Country Club, won the Alberta U19 Championship at Cougar Creek Golf Course. He also earned himself a spot on the PGA Tour Canada after he won the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour Future Stars Invitational in Edmonton.
