The Blackfalds Wranglers dropped a 2-1 decision to Airdrie in Heritage Junior B Hockey League exhibition play Sunday.
Jason Bell scored the lone goal for the Wranglers, who led 1-0 after the first period. The teams were tied 1-1 after 40 minutes.
Craig Skappak and Justin Rockafeller scored for Airdire.
Meanwhile on Friday the Stettler Lightning downed the Wetaskiwin Icemen 7-2 as Clayton Herzog, Cody Smitten, Jordan Vincent, Adam McDavid, Orie Spearing, Tyson Glazier and Mitch Finkbiner scored once each.
Mike McDonald and Ty Davis scored for the Icemen.
