Woman declared dead after fire
CALGARY — A Calgary woman has died in a fire that investigators believed she herself set.
When fire crews arrived at the fire scene earlier, neighbours told them they believed a person was inside the burning duplex.
Firefighters found the woman unconscious on the second floor and took her to hospital.
She was the only person home at the time, and no one else was hurt.
Investigators say the fire had more than one ignition source.
