An American company has increased its holdings of an oilfield services company whose operational headquarters are in Red Deer.
Troob Capital Management LLC announced on Friday that it has acquired control of 2,000 common shares in IROC Energy Services Corp. (TSXV: ISC). Troob now owns or controls more than 8,750,000 of IROC’s common shares, or more than 17 per cent of the total.
