A mini bluegrass festival will get underway on Saturday at the Canadian Supreme Horse Show.
The bands Calgary Wild Rose Xpress and the Tragically Hick will perform from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Parkland Pavilion at Westerner Park.
And a group of local pickers called Coal Trail will open the concert organized by the Waskasoo Bluegrass Music Society.
One-day admission to the horse show is $12 ($6 for children aged six to 12) at the door.
