Bodies of two men from Camrose recovered from Coal Lake

The bodies of two men who went missing on a central Alberta lake have been recovered.

WETASKIWIN — The bodies of two men who went missing on a central Alberta lake have been recovered.

The men were last seen alive before they went fishing on Coal Lake on May 20.

Dead are Dallas Simon, 26, and Everett Westerneng, 19.

Both were from Camrose, Alta.

RCMP say neither man was wearing a life jacket.

Police found their submerged boat last week as hundreds of volunteers searched for the two men.
