Framing has begun on the Boston Pizza restaurant on Leva Avenue in Gasoline Alley. Richard Carramusa, a partner in the restaurant, said staff are already being hired in anticipation of a late November opening. The 5,000-square-foot restaurant, which is being build by Converge Construction, will consist of 85 seats in its dining room and 85 in its sports bar. Meanwhile, work on the adjacent four-storey, 100-room Microtel Inn & Suites is expected to wrap up by early December, with Premier Building Solutions the general contractor. A Sunset Grill restaurant is also planned for the site.
