CALGARY — A cowboy had to be rushed to hospital after being injured during an event at the Calgary Stampede.
Aaron Roy from Yellow Grass, Sask., was stomped in the back by a bull on Thursday afternoon.
He was wearing a protective vest, but had to be taken from the grounds on a stretcher.
He was taken to hospital to undergo tests and X-rays to ensure he did not suffer any critical injuries.
Emergency Medical Services say he is listed in serious but stable condition.
