CALGARY — A Calgary child who was taken to hospital with critical injuries has died.
Police were called to a home in the 6700 block of Temple Drive N.E. on Sunday at about 7:15 p.m.
Emergency crews found a six-year old girl with undetermined injuries they say she sustained in her home.
The little girl was transported to Alberta Children’s Hospital where she died Monday.
The police child abuse unit continues to investigate and has not yet determined if the incident is accidental or suspicious in nature.
