Calgary police confirm that a body discovered near the Bow River is that of a city man who disappeared earlier this month.

CALGARY — Calgary police confirm that a body discovered near the Bow River is that of a city man who disappeared earlier this month.

Police say they do not suspect foul play in the death Kerry Milton Enick.

A pickup truck belonging to the 50-year-old former Regina resident was located in a bird sanctuary on Wednesday.

The body was found not far from the sanctuary the following day.

Enick was an environmental engineer who worked in the oil and gas industry in Calgary.

He was last seen leaving his downtown office on July 7.
