Students give their all while competing in the Tug of War at the Red Deer Carnival, Friday morning. The event is just one of the fun activities at the festival located at Recreation Center Park, in the Golden Circle Park. Admission to the Carnival, which also runs Saturday, is free; however access to activities costs $5.
