Recently, I participated in a telephone survey conducted on behalf of the City of Red Deer by Ipsos Reid.
I am happy to report that I was able to give the city a favourable review.
In fact, there was only one thing that I found very troubling — the caller conducting the survey was from out of province.
It disturbs me to know that our local taxpayers’ dollars are being used to provide Ontario jobs!
