A climbing wall at Gateway Christian School will be named after a 12-year-old student who was killed in an accident last summer.

The Chase Brewster Climbing Wall will be dedicated before the late boy’s family, school staff and students at a ceremony at the school (on 5205 48 Ave. in Red Deer) at 10:25 a.m. today.

The wall was built through donations to the Chase Brewster Memorial Trust Fund, support from the City of Red Deer and the Gateway Christian School council.

The Brewster family established the Chase Brewster Memorial Trust Fund to assist families in need and those in crisis in the community.
