Matt Codd of the Red Deer Golf and Country Club carded a 2-over 73 Tuesday and was six shots off the lead heading into today’s second round of the 72-hole Alberta junior men’s championship at Bragg Creek.
Matt Williams of Calgary Pinebrook sat atop the leaderboard with an opening-round 4-under 67.
Meanwhile, Brett Pasula and Logan Hill of the Red Deer Golf and Country Club (RDG&CC) turned in respective scores of 76 and 78, while Sundre’s Ryan Caines came in at 79.
