Red Deer College has appointed a new vice-president of college services.
Jim Brinkhurst, who was vice-president of corporate services at Assiniboine Community College in Brandon for the last 15 years, is joining Red Deer College.
Brinkhurst takes over from John Chapman, who is retiring at the end of December and is assisting Brinkhurst during the transition.
Brinkhurst has a diploma in business administration from Red Deer College and is completing his Masters of Education at Brandon University.
College services includes financial services, information technology, campus management, marketing, communications and student recruitment.
