The Collins Barrow Storm and Lacombe recorded victories in Pool A of the North Star Sports Ladies’ Basketball League Monday.
The Storm downed then Spartans 410-35 while Lacombe remained undefeated on the season with a 70-43 victory over the All-Stars.
Kayla Newans had 16 points for the Storm with Carla Stewart hitting 13 for the Spartans.
Lacombe received 14 points from Kristi Lorenz and 13 from Lindsay Morrison while Vienna Potyra had nine points for the All-Stars.
• In Pool B the Big Ballers downed The Bank 43-38 with Jillian Richardson hitting 10 points. Krista McElroy had 12 for The Bank.
• In exhibition play the Spare Change downed the Funk 30-25.
