I Can’t Believe My Dog Did That is a collection of stories about the incredible and crazy things canines do.

Hay wrote Class Picture, a true story about how his Grade 3 class at South School in Red Deer linked hands to protect a classmate’s dog from the local dog catcher.

Stuart McLean has told the story on CBC Radio’s Vinyl Cafe.
