The Notre Dame Cougar Classic senior high basketball tournament opens tonight at 6 p.m. with the Lindsay Thurber Raiders taking on the Hunting Hills Lightning in a girls contest.
The Lindsay Thurber and Hunting Hills boys team clash at 8 p.m.
The host Cougars girls and boys squads swing into action at 8:15 and 10 a.m. Friday, versus Notre Dame of Wilcox, Sask., and St. Joe’s of Grande Prairie, respectively.
Other teams competing in the annual tournament are Sherwood Park Bev Facey on the girls side and Bev Facey and Edmonton Glenmary in the boys division.
