Jeffery Ward, 10, dances with Spandy Andy during CentreFest on Saturday. Andy and Ward took turns dancing for a bit while Spandy Andy (aka Andy Rimer) roamed through Red Deer’s downtown streets dancing. The two-day street performance festival drew thousands of spectators.
