Reign Letkeman was two-for-three at the plate with a run scored in the opening game, while Mac Guckert had one hit and scored twice. Braves starting pitcher Jonah Penner allowed three runs on two hits while fanning six batters over five innings, and reliever Brett Barrett was tagged with the loss. The Braves managed just one hit in the second contest — by Sam Shierman. Starting pitcher Brandon Bodemer surrendered six runs on seven hits over five innings of a game that was called after six frames due to the mercy rule.
