Funky, soul-rock band Dawn in the City will spread some good vibes over two days of the long weekend in Red Deer.
The Edmonton group will play an up-tempo eclectic mix of original music at the Vat on Friday and Saturday (July 1, 2).
Dawn in the City began as a quartet in 2006 with front man Bernal Ibarra, whose soulful vocals are often mixed with driving R&B organ and fiery rock ‘n’ roll guitar.
The band has a CD available from iTunes called Groove in Every Stitch.
