On Tuesday, Aug. 16, I was parked on 48th St. in front of the Millenium Centre Parkade from 4:00 until about 5:30. When I returned to my vehicle (a red VW Beetle convertible) I found a blank piece of paper nicely folded and placed under my windshield wiper.
Someone had backed into my vehicle, and I assume he/she must have been trying to fool a witness by leaving the fake note.
