Don’t blame producers for E. coli issues in beef

I must of necessity be brief as I am too angry to express anything more than just this one thought.

A vaccine for cattle is being proposed in order to prevent E. coli bacteria in beef. When did vaccination come to replace cleanliness?

Processors, keep your plants clean and then you won’t have to put the producer to the added expense of vaccination. This proposal appears to imply that it is the producers’ fault that our beef is tainted.

Healthy animals leave the producers’ gates and what happens to the meat once the hide is removed is not the fault of the producer.

Destroy the meat source and you destroy yourselves.
