EDMONTON — Police in Edmonton investigating a rash of parking lot break-ins have arrested a man and a woman who were caught with a bag full of break-in instruments, including a flashlight, gloves, screwdrivers and overhead garage-door remotes.
The pair are admitted methamphetamine users, but deny being responsible for the break-ins, say police.
Derek Kristensen, 24, and Jennifer Faribanks are charged with break and enter.
