EDMONTON — Police say voyeurism charges are pending against a 28-year-old man who was tackled by bystanders outside Edmonton’s University Hospital.

A CTV News crew filming for another story caught the drama as a woman chased the man through the building, yelling for help.

She alleges the man had been videotaping women in a bathroom at the hospital.

Her cries sparked quick action by a couple of men who gave chase, then tackled the suspect and held him until police could arrive.

Police say the man will also be charged with failing to comply with a probation order.
