EDMONTON — A woman from Edmonton has died in the Canary Islands while training for a triathlon.
Laura MacKay lost control of the bicycle she was riding on Thursday and crashed into a rock face.
The 37-year-old was training, alongside her husband, who works as an Edmonton police officer.
