Tiffany Sloboda and other Red Deer College Percussion Ensemble members perform during the first Fiestaval on the weekend. The block between 49th and Gaetz Avenues on Ross was turned into a multicultural event with many nations, not only Latin, represented. The crowd ebbed and flowed with almost continual music from 10 bands, dancers and singers. Organizers hoped to attract more than 6,000 people in total.
