Ferguson heads realtors

The Central Alberta Realtors Association has named a new executive officer.

The Central Alberta Realtors Association has named a new executive officer.

Judy Ferguson takes over the association’s top administrative position. She replaces Nancy Mackie, who has retired after a dozen years as CARA’s executive officer.

Ferguson previously served as executive officer of the Edmonton Home Builders Association and president of the Urban Development Institute — Calgary.

Most recently, she was program director for the Rural Alberta Development Fund, and director of community and member engagement with the Alberta Rural Development Network.

CARA is a professional trade organization representing more than 650 real estate brokers and agents in Central Alberta.
