The Central Alberta Realtors Association has named a new executive officer.
Judy Ferguson takes over the association’s top administrative position. She replaces Nancy Mackie, who has retired after a dozen years as CARA’s executive officer.
Ferguson previously served as executive officer of the Edmonton Home Builders Association and president of the Urban Development Institute — Calgary.
Most recently, she was program director for the Rural Alberta Development Fund, and director of community and member engagement with the Alberta Rural Development Network.
CARA is a professional trade organization representing more than 650 real estate brokers and agents in Central Alberta.
