Fort McMurray will soon be a boomtown (provided the governments and insurance companies get it right) by providing thousands of construction jobs.

Fort McMurray will soon be a boomtown (provided the governments and insurance companies get it right) by providing thousands of construction jobs.

Pack your tools and get the camper ready. Then there is the supply of materials and goods that go along with the process. This will require shifting resources from building unneeded subdivisions in other parts of the province to the Fort McMurray area.

If you see the silver lining in every cloud, you would see this as another opportunity for economic recovery and employment.
