Grizzlys drop decision to Dragons

Cavin Leth’s overtime goal gave the Drumheller Dragons a 3-2 win over the Olds Grizzlys in an Alberta Junior Hockey League game witnessed by 517 fans Tuesday at the Sportsplex.Brodie Jamieson and Colton Vannucci also scored for the visiting Dragons, with Jordan Lajimodiere and Spencer Dorowicz replying for Olds.Winning netminder Adam Beukeboom made 25 saves. OLDS – Cavin Leth’s overtime goal gave the Drumheller Dragons a 3-2 win over the Olds Grizzlys in an Alberta Junior Hockey League game witnessed by 517 fans Tuesday at the Sportsplex.

• Grizzlys forward Matthew Marcinew and Brooks Bandits forward Cam Maclise, a Lacombe native and former member of the midget AAA Red Deer Optimist Rebels, were named to the AJHL South Division all-star team Tuesday. Maclise was a unanimous selection.
