OLDS — Spencer Dorowicz’ power play goal midway through the third period Thursday lifted the Olds Grizzlys past the Drumheller Dragons 4-3 in Alberta Junior Hockey League action.

The Grizzlys once again drastically outshot their opponents — this time 42-27 — but had difficulty beating Drumheller goalie James D’Andrea who made 38 saves.

Chris Stachiw, Brandon Clowes and Taylor Bourne scored the Grizzlys’ other goals while Keith Csizmadia, Trevor Tracy and Kevin McMillan replied for the Dragons.

Olds goalie Ethan Jemieff made 24 saves for the win.

The Grizzlys (3-2-0-0) host the Fort McMurray Oil Barons (2-0-0-0) today at 7:30 p.m. and are in Camrose Saturday to play the Kodiaks (3-1-0-0) at 7:30 p.m.
