CALGARY — Alberta Occupational Health and Safety is investigating after a hand tool weighing about two kilograms fell from the 45th floor of a skyscraper under construction in Calgary, breaking the window of a building across the street.

The incident happened at the Bow Building in the city’s downtown around 12 p.m. on Sunday.

Police say the wrench bounced off a concrete apron and smashed a window in a building across the street, which is headquarters for the Calgary Police Service.
