I’m writing this letter to thank everyone involved in the health-care field, after suffering two potential life-ending events in one month and surviving both due to the exceptional care provided, both at Red Deer and Calgary emergency wards.
The system works.
Were there glitches? Yes, but I came to realize it’s a huge system and every emergency is a unique one with it’s own circumstances.
But all these people are all truly professional in dealing with the hundreds of emergencies in a caring manner.
Everyone involved in these fields should hold their head high because you do make a difference to the people who count on you.
I think we should set one week a year and call it lifesaver week to let them all know they are all special people.
To all, thank you so much.
