Timothy Douglas Grant, 52, has pleaded not guilty to a variety of weapons offences, including unauthorized possession of a Smith & Wesson .357 revolver for a dangerous purpose, possession of a loaded and restricted weapon and possession of a weapon while prohibited.

The preliminary inquiry is being held to determine whether the Crown has enough evidence to proceed to trial on the charges.
