High Arctic Energy Services Inc. (HWO.TO) is looking for a new chief financial officer.
The Red Deer-based provider of specialized oilfield equipment and services said Tuesday that Robert Morin is leaving the position, effective immediately. Dennis Sykora, High Arctic’s executive vice-president and general counsel, will serve as acting CFO until a replacement can be found.
High Arctic’s services include drilling, completion and workover operations. It’s active in Western Canada as well as internationally, primarily in Papua New Guinea.
