The Highriders Challenge, described by organizers as “beyond doubt the biggest, toughest and most significant off-road event on the Canadian 4x4 calendar” is set for Saturday and Sunday.
Teams from across Western Canada will run their highly-modified 4x4s at Trail Creek Raceway, located six kilometres east of Alix on Highway 12.
The Trail Creek course features high-speed straights, deep mud and gravity-defying hill climbs. Day passes are available for $15 and can be purchased by visiting www.highriders.ca.
