CALGARY — Logan Hill of Red Deer captured the boys’ 14-and-under division of the Canadian Junior Golf Association Team Canada qualifier at River Spirit Golf Club on Sunday.
Hill, who plays out of the Red Deer Golf and Country Club, had three birdies on the back nine and shot a two-over par 74. He beat Jacob Stewart of Calgary on the first playoff hole.
Meanwhile, in the 15-19-year-old boys’ division, Jesse Teron of Red Deer tied for sixth at 77, four strokes back of Evan Holmes of Calgary.
Brett Pasula shot an 82 and tied for 21st.
