Homeowners are being asked to help police track down a contractor suspected in at least three cases of fraud.
Rocky Mountain House RCMP allege that a contractor based in the Eckville area has taken deposits for work on two homes, one in Eckville and the other in Rocky.
Red Deer City RCMP are also investigating a complaint, said Const. Meghan Whattam of the Rocky detachment.
Police are looking for information that would lead to the arrest of Jeffrey Vick, 28, operator of JV Contracting.
