Are you thinking of a career in farming but not sure if or how to proceed?

Alberta Agriculture and Rural Development will offer some guidance on Oct. 30 during a day-long seminar in Airdrie. Titled “Getting into Farming — Information Session for the Aspiring Farmer,” the event will discuss accessing capital, where to farm, business planning, and resources and education, as well as provide an overview of the industry.

Cost is $25, including lunch, with registrations accepted through the Alberta Ag-Info Centre at 1-800-387-6030.
