STONY PLAIN — Dan Shermerhorn and Aaron Boyer each scored twice and Jonathan Larose stopped 21 shots as the Innisfail Eagles shut out the Stony Plain Eagles 4-0 in Chinook Hockey League action Friday.
Shermerhorn also picked up two assists as Innisfail led 2-0 after one period, then scored once in each of the next two frames. Stone Plain netminder Dallas Ungurarian made 27 saves.
