IROC names new CFO

IROC Energy Services Corp. (TSXV: ISC) announced on Thursday that its chief financial officer, Ryan Michaluk, is no longer with the company.

IROC Energy Services Corp. (TSXV: ISC) announced on Thursday that its chief financial officer, Ryan Michaluk, is no longer with the company.

It said in a release that Brian Peters is IROC’s new CFO.

A chartered accountant, Peters previously served as CFO of oilfield fluid hauling contractor EnerMAX Services Inc. He was also CFO of Pure Energy Services Ltd. and Technicoil Corp.

Details concerning Michaluk’s departure from the company were not provided.

IROC is an oilfield services company that operates under the business names Eagle Well Servicing, Aero Rental Services and Helix Coil Services. Its headquarters are in Red Deer.
