Classes resume on Thursday in all elementary, middle and high schools in Red Deer Public School District, Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools, Chinook’s Edge School Division and Wild Rose Public Schools.
Students at Ponoka Composite High School students will have an extended holiday due to delays in renovation at the high school.
Classes resume on the following Tuesday on Sept. 6 at 8:30 a.m. All other schools in Wolf Creek Public Schools will open on Thursday.
