A history of jazz — from Dixieland to swing — will be evoked at a Red Deer College Jazz Cabaret on Saturday.

A history of jazz — from Dixieland to swing — will be evoked at a Red Deer College Jazz Cabaret on Saturday.

The RDC Faculty Jazz Combo — comprised of musicians Steve Sherman, Jeremy Doody, Curtis Phagoo and Malcolm Bell — will play some toe-tapping tunes from the various eras of jazz. The 7:30 p.m. concert takes place in Studio A of the RDC Arts Centre.

Tickets are $14.70 ($11.55 students/seniors) from the Black Knight Ticket Centre.
