Leave the Alberta licence plate alone. We don’t need a change for change sake.
Why so big on change? Like the bike trails that were not asked about, not told about, but got the hike on our land tax bill.
We always end up playing for things we can live without. Like the infamous Ross Street/Little Gaetz Avenue — an eyesore. Took away road space for cars and it was built for cars (not bikes), plus parking on 49th Street and Ross.
No, not the licence plates. That’s provincial — you need a vote to pass this, it’s a government department, not city.
PS: Health care is provincial, not city. We pay too much now, no beds means no worker is there to care.
