Lightning double winners

Hunting Hills took both ends of the Central Alberta Junior Varsity Basketball League doubleheader from Notre Dame Wednesday, winning the girls’ contest 65-27 and the boys’ game 62-52.

Hunting Hills took both ends of the Central Alberta Junior Varsity Basketball League doubleheader from Notre Dame Wednesday, winning the girls’ contest 65-27 and the boys’ game 62-52.

Jaden Robinson led the Hunting Hills girls with 20 points while Zaza Lockhart had 16 and Jenna Gillespie 12.

Chris Petersen had 14 points for the Hunting Hills boys with Jake Dahl hitting eight for Notre Dame.
