Bodhan Mamchur scored twice for the winners, who got additional goals from Eric Gopal, Tom Wunsch, Jordan Bottcher and Josh Cruickshank.

Hunting Hills finished second in the regular-season standings — one point behind Notre Dame — and will take on Olds in an A-side semifinal of the championship tournament at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Edgar Park fields.

Notre Dame will face Lindsay Thurber in the other A-side semifinal. The boys B-side semifinals, also at 11 a.m., will see Lacombe going against Innisfail and Sylvan Lake taking on Central Alberta Christian.

Meanwhile, Keisha Perry scored a late goal to lift Hunting Hills past Notre Dame 2-1 in girls’ action.

Katelyn Lomsnes also tallied for the winners, who were undefeated in the regular season and will meet Lacombe in a girls A-side semifinal Saturday at 9 a.m. Celine Jensen netted the Notre Dame goal.

The girls’ championship game and B final are set for 1:30 p.m., with the boys to follow at 3:30 p.m.
