For anyone who’s ever flown a kite when they were young the one thing that was required to make them airborne was a nice steady breeze. By all appearances with it flying sideways by her head Angela Deschenes was having problems locating a continuous breeze that would keep her kite airborne. She and a friend, Cody Woodcock, who also had brought a kite were trying out their aviation skills on the hill overlooking Bower Ponds, Friday afternoon.
