A Red Deer appraiser has been recognized by his industry association.
Craig Soderquist, who owns Tempus Real Estate Capital, has received a Fellowship Award from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
A release issued by the institute said the award is given to members who have made “significant contributions” to the appraisal profession.
It added that Soderquist has been an active member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1984, and served as a director and president of its Alberta board.
The institute has more than 4,900 members.
