FAIRVIEW, Alta. — A heavy-equipment worker in northwestern Alberta is dead after he was run over by a grader.
The accident happened Monday morning west of Fairview.
Investigators say the 53-year-old man was from Hines Creek, Alberta and was employed by the LaPrairie Group.
His name has not been released.
RCMP and Occupational Health and Safety are investigating.
Fairview is about 600 kilometres northwest of Edmonton.
